How Does it Work?

Your non-profit organization buys a minimum of $500 in Speedway Prepaid Fuel Cards or Gift Cards at a 5% discount. The Prepaid Cards are then resold at face value to your members. The 5% discount earned remains with the organization.

You will find this program to be an excellent and convenient way to bring financial support to your organization, at no additional cost.

Fuel Cards can be redeemed for fuel only, while Gift Cards can be redeemed for fuel or merchandise. Both cards are available in $25 and $100 denominations or we can customize cards for your organization in any dollar amount ($5-$999).

How Do I Get Started?

1. Complete the Application (PDF) in its entirety
2. Complete the Order Form (PDF)
3. Once your Application and Order Form are completely filled out and signed, send the following:
1. Completed Application
2. Completed Order Form
3. Complete the ACH Authorization Form (PDF), if paying by ACH
4. Check made out to "Speedway", if paying by check (see addresses below)
5. Copy of your 501(c)(3) IRS Determination Letter
4. Upon receipt of your Application and Order Form, your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped UPS or USPS. Overnight delivery is available for a slight additional cost.

Scrip Fundraising

Is our minimum order too large for your organization or are you looking for a complete fundraising program? Perhaps a Scrip Program would better suit your fundraising needs.
