Two-Factor Authentication

Your security is a top priority. That’s why we’ve added Two-Factor Authentication to your Speedy Rewards account. This extra security measure requires you to verify your identity using a randomized 7-digit code that we’ll send each time you attempt to log in on an unrecognized browser or device. This additional step helps make sure that you—and only you—can access your account.

When you log into Speedway.com or the Speedy Rewards mobile app from an unrecognized device, you will be prompted to complete Two-Factor Authentication. We’ll send a 7-digit verification code to the email address associated with your account. Entering the code on the verification screen will allow you to securely access your Speedy Rewards account on that device.

Emails are sent immediately, but they may take several minutes to appear in your inbox. Please also check your Spam or Trash folders, as some email providers may flag this type of communication. You can have the email sent again by selecting “Resend the code” from the verification screen.

Codes are good for 30 minutes once an email has been sent. After 30 minutes, the code will expire and you will need to resend the email or restart the Two-Factor Authentication process. If you get an invalid error repeatedly, please remove cookies from your browser and try again. Cookie blocker extensions will need to be disabled.

If you are unable to upgrade to the latest version of the mobile app, you can contact Customer Service and request to be opted out of the Two-Factor Authentication process.
