Q: What is the Speedy Rewards Program?
A:
Speedy Rewards transforms your Speedway and SuperAmerica convenience
store experience. Every time you make a purchase, excluding
restricted items, you will immediately start earning points
towards free gasoline and/or merchandise, as well as coupons for valuable
savings simply by using your Speedy Rewards membership card inside the store or
at the pump. You can even instantly review and redeem your points using the
Speedy Rewards redemption terminal located inside the store.
*By participating in the Speedy Rewards program, members agree to accept the
terms and conditions governing its use. Speedway SuperAmerica LLC reserves the
right to change, suspend or discontinue the program at any time.

Q: How do I use my Speedy Rewards card at the pump?
A:
Before fueling, press "YES" to the first question, "ARE YOU A SPEEDY REWARDS MEMBER?" Then,
immediately insert your Speedy Rewards card when prompted and remove quickly. (If card was not read, please see
cashier). The customer has the option to completely bypass the prompt by ignoring the question and either
inserting their Speedy Rewards card and a credit card at the pump or lifting the nozzle to pay inside.
If paying inside - lift nozzle and begin fueling at the prompt, "INSERT CARD OR BEGIN FUELING."
Once sale is complete, please go inside and pay cashier.
If paying at the pump - insert your credit card or PrePaid card at the
prompt, "INSERT CARD OR BEGIN FUELING" and remove quickly. (If card was not
read, please see cashier.) Lift nozzle and begin fueling. Your sale is complete
once the pump asks you if you would like a receipt.

Q: Whom should I contact if I have a question or encounter a problem?
A:
Any store employee will be happy to assist in answering questions or
solving any problems you may be experiencing. You can also call our Customer
Service center at 1-800-643-1948 (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST) for assistance.

Q: Can I get a duplicate card to match my current card number?
A:
At this time, duplicate full-size cards or key-tag cards are not available.
Because each individual customer has unique shopping habits, we encourage you
to have your own personal card number. By doing this, we will be able to
provide special offers and incentives that are specifically targeted to you.

Q: Will my points expire?
A:
Points earned on a Speedy Rewards Membership Card expire after 9 months of account
inactivity.
|
Q: My neighbor received coupons in the mail - Why?
A:
Our mailings are sent to registered card holders with a valid address on file. They are
targeted to customers based upon purchase history and our perception of what coupons or
promotions you would enjoy most!

Q: How do I protect my points in case my card is lost or stolen?
A:
Adding a "PIN" or personal identifaction number to your Speedy Rewards account is
the easiest way to protect your account from unauthorized point redemptions and to
help us verify your identity if you call us. You can add a PIN two different ways:
- By going to your online account on SpeedyRewards.com
- Or by going to the Speedy Rewards terminal inside the store

Q: Where can I register to become a Speedy Rewards Member?
A:
You can register your Speedy Rewards Membership card Online at
SpeedyRewards.com or at the Speedy Rewards redemption
terminal located in any participating Speedway or SuperAmerica store.

Q: How do I register my Speedy Rewards card?
A:
Online
Pick up a free Speedy Rewards membership card at any participating Speedway or SuperAmerica location. Logon to
www.SpeedyRewards.com and click on the "Register" button. You will be required to input your title, name, address,
city, state, zip code, email address, and PIN number. Optional and recommended fields include Phone, Birthday, and
Opt Out.
OR at the Speedy Rewards Redemption Terminal
Pick up a free Speedy Rewards membership card at any participating Speedway or SuperAmerica location. Simply scan
your card at the Speedy Rewards terminal and press the blue "Register Card" button. You will be required to input
your title, name, address, city, state, zip code, and PIN number. Optional and recommended fields include Phone, email,
Birthday, and Opt Out.
OR Call Customer Service
You can call our Customer Service center at 1-800-643-1948 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM EST). We will fill in the
required information over the phone.

Q: I lost my card, what should I do?
A:
If your card is registered there are three ways to report a card lost or stolen.

Go online to www.SpeedyRewards.com and login to you account using your email address
and PIN number. Select the option for "Report Lost Card." To transfer your points and profile to a new card,
pick up a new card at any participating Speedway or SuperAmerica location and then return to www.SpeedyRewards.com
and login to replace your Lost/Stolen card with your new card.

Visit the Speedy Rewards redemption terminal located inside the store and press the "Lost/Stolen Card" button on the main screen.
You will need to provide one of the following groups of information so that we can validate your information: Speedy Rewards card
number and PIN, email address and PIN, or last name, zip code and PIN number. With this information we are able to mark your card
lost/stolen. Next, you will be instructed to enter your replacement card number. You can pick up a replacement card from any sales associate.

If your card is not registered and/or you have not protected your account with a PIN, it may be difficult to locate your account and protect your
points. In this case, please call our Customer Service center at 1-800-643-1948 (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST), for assistance.

Earning Points Inquiries

Q: How do I earn more points?
A:
Every time you make a purchase, excluding restricted items, you will receive
Base Points for that transaction. 20 base points are awarded per dollar spent on merchandise
and 10 base points are awarded per gallon of fuel purchased.
We also have items that will be designated as Bonus Point items, where you will receive extra points in addition to your
regular base points just for purchasing that particular item or items. Monthly Bonus Point items are identified at the in-store
terminal, at www.SpeedyRewards.com, and on special signs throughout the store.
You also have the opportunity to earn additional points by using the Speedway SuperAmerica Platinum MasterCard. Please see a sales
associate for details.

Q: What items are not eligible for point accrual?
A:
Restricted items are items that are not eligible for point accrual. At this time restricted items include tobacco, alcohol, lottery, money orders, in-store restaurant, all Speedy Cash prepaid cards, and NetSpend Reloadable products. These items are legally restricted by law in select areas. Please visit your local store for details.

Q: How do I check my points balance?
A:
You have three options for checking your points balance.

Your point balance is printed on the Speedy Rewards receipt after each transaction.

Scan your Speedy Rewards Membership card at the Speedy Rewards terminal and your current points balance will be displayed at the top
of the screen.

View your points balance, club program status and account activity on the web at www.SpeedyRewards.com.

Redemption Inquiries

Q: How do I redeem my points?
A:
Redeeming points is very easy! Visit any participating Speedway or SuperAmerica store and locate the Speedy
Rewards redemption terminal. Simply scan your Membership Card at the redemption terminal and choose the 'Redeem
Points' option. Here, you can see your points, rewards and reward status. If you qualify for any rewards, a
'Print Reward' button will be displayed under 'Reward Status.' By touching that button, a coupon is instantly
printed for you! The number of points required for that reward is then subtracted from your total points balance.
*Please remember that we need your Membership registration with name and address
completed prior to redeeming points.

Q: What is a Club Coupon?
A:
When you become a Speedy Rewards member, you're automatically enrolled in all of our Frequent Purchase Clubs. Every time you
buy a Coffee/Fountain/Frozen Drink or other select products and use your Speedy Rewards card, your account is credited with a
club point. After you have made the correct amount of qualifying purchases, you are instantly rewarded with a coupon. Your
coupon could be redeemed for a free product or bonus points depending on the offer. A complete list of Frequent Purchase Clubs
can be viewed on redemption terminal under the "View Balances" menu, or online at www.SpeedyRewards.com.

Q: What is a Reward Coupon?
A:
Just for shopping at participating Speedway and SuperAmerica locations, you will be earning points towards free gasoline and/or merchandise.
Once you have accumulated a fixed amount of points a rewards coupon will be instantly available to you through the Speedy Rewards redemption
terminal. The point value of the rewards varies depending on the type of reward item. For example, if you have earned 750 points, you will be
eligible for any reward coupon that requires 750 points or less. You have the option to choose which reward you would like to receive. Once
you have made a decision a reward coupon will automatically print out for you.

Q: What if I have multiple Reward Coupons?
A:
Multiple reward coupons? Not a problem! You can use as many reward coupons as you are eligible for, whenever
you would like! For example, instead of redeeming your points for a higher point value item, you can redeem your
points for 2 lower point value items.

Q: What if my Reward Coupon(s) does not print?
A:
In the unlikely event that your reward coupon does not print, simply find any store employee and he/she will
assist you in receiving your reward(s). You can also call our Customer Service center at
1-800-643-1948 (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST), and we will be happy to send you a replacement coupon(s).

Q: Is there any means of securing the card against misuse?
A:
Yes. You may use the Speedy Rewards redemption terminal or your online account at www.SpeedyRewards.com to create a
Personal Identification Number (PIN). After having created a PIN, any attempt to redeem points with your card number will result in a request for this
PIN number. If you protect the value of your PIN, no one else will be able to redeem points from your account.
